Location : Tukkuguda, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Project Site: The Preserve by Manbhum, Near Shamshabad) Department : Engineering Reports To : Project Manager/Site Manager Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary : The Road Engineer at Manbhum Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. will oversee the planning, design, and construction of road infrastructure for open plot layouts at The Preserve by Manbhum , a premium real estate project in Tukkuguda, near Shamshabad. This role ensures high-quality internal roads and access pathways, adhering to project specifications, safety standards, and Manbhum’s commitment to excellence in real estate development. Key Responsibilities : Road Design and Planning : Design internal roads, access pathways, and drainage systems for open plot layouts, ensuring optimal connectivity and compliance with real estate regulations. Construction Supervision : Manage on-site road construction activities, including grading, base preparation, paving, and finishing, ensuring alignment with approved designs. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to secure timely delivery of materials for The Preserve’s road network. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain records of construction progress, material usage, and costs specific to The Preserve’s roadworks. Submit progress reports and as-built drawings to the Project Manager, ensuring documentation for project handover. Maintenance Planning : Recommend maintenance strategies for roads post-construction to ensure long-term durability and aesthetic appeal. Qualifications and Skills : Experience : 2-5 years of experience in road construction, preferably for real estate or open plot projects. Experience in Hyderabad’s real estate market is advantageous. Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality road finishes. Effective communication and coordination skills to manage contractors and stakeholders. Physical Requirements : Ability to work on-site in Tukkuguda, with exposure to outdoor conditions and occasional travel within Hyderabad. Working Conditions : Based at The Preserve by Manbhum project site in Tukkuguda, near Shamshabad, Hyderabad. May involve extended hours or weekend work to meet project deadlines. Why Join Manbhum?
