RMO Leader Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in a related discipline preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted. Skills and competencies: Fluent in English IT Skills: Excellent in excel and database. Results oriented with good written and oral communications skills. Ability to work in a matrix organization and international mind set. Strong analytical skills Responsibilities: MIS: Ad hoc reporting/ analysis as required. Gather data, analyse information, and create report for management. Should be handling large volume of data, analytical, business & system. Preparation and presentation of monthly MIS reports & Dashboards Resource Management: Interact closely with various Metiers to understand Workload Plan Power app / Power BI programming experience Knowledge of Microsoft excel applications -Formulas, Pivot tables, Reports etc. Working experience with Visual basic for applications in conjunction with excel Create macros for excel reports. Basic Understanding of OOP (Object oriented programming) Input/Extract necessary data in Faurecia Systems Generate various reports related to Resources management and Workload and provide necessary inputs. Tools & Process: Basic understanding of PMS (Program management system) Interact closely with various Metiers to understand tools and process requirement. Document update based on the proposed integration into internal systems. Each process, Cyber security, Functional Safety, Platform. Document update to publish into FCP. Generate various reports.
