Job Description

Direct customer service & sales to customers through relationship building Sell Life Insurance to the allocated customers & walk-ins -Existing Customer database will be given by the company Locations:- Delhi, Faridabad, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Haridwar, Dehradun, Cuttak, Rourkela, Kanpur, Lucknow, Patna, Varanasi, Haldwani, Bhubneshwar jd: Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive insurance product penetration in the region. Manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies. Ensure seamless execution of the SPARC model by providing superior customer service. Work closely with underwriters, policy teams, and claim departments to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as per business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
