No of Vacancies1Reports toProduct Lead / HeadIs a Team leaderY/NTeam Size1 or 2 reporteesGradeManager, Senior Manager, AVPBusinessRL - WheelsDepartmentProduct TeamSub-DepartmentProgram Analyst- SCF and WCFLocationAbout DepartmentThe Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bankAboutThe Product team manages the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities They are responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer top line growth and bottom-line delivery The Product team is also responsible for Product Development, Portfolio Management and AnalysisDriving the credit and monitoring of the entire portfolio as below:Program Note (NTB/Renewal) preparation, approval, and documentationIssuance of Sanction letter/MOUProgram circular issuance at the time of launch/renewalModification/renewal of program as requiredTacking Portfolio triggers and overall program healthLiaising with legal and compliance for MOU/Transaction etcMonthly Monitoring of trade advance productsModification & roll out business processes as guided by the managementManaging of various MIS related to schemes, sanction letter etcAny other responsibility as may be assigned by the supervisorQualificationsGraduation/ Post-Graduation / CA from a recognized institute4 to 5 yrs of exp in banking or NBFC organizationsRole Proficiencieso Knowledge of banking products, Supply Chain Fice will be added advantageo Experience in designing and setting up Corporate Channel Fice schemes for Auto majors Trade Advance product understandingo good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skillso Will to take tasks to completion within deadlines, and ability to learn on the job Abilitieso Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor otherso Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environmento Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goalso Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneouslyo Ability to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts
