About the Business
The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank
About the Role
Ensuring that the Mortgage department has enough resources to work on upcoming projects. Hiring new employees according to project requirements and budgets. Helping project managers with resource capacity planning for pipeline projects. Tracking resource utilization, workload and overtime. Collaborating with the Human Resources department for hiring new employees and relocating the employees to fill in the vacant position in another department.Key Responsibilities.Working in collaboration with the Human Resource team and other internal departments.. Ensuring the staffing needs are met as per the requirements.. Relocating employers to fill in vacant positions in other departments.. Hiring new employees as per the project budget.. Delegating tasks to the employees based on their skills and abilities.. Following Human Resource policies and procedures.. Helping in HR activities such as benefit plans, payroll administer, etc.. Overseeing the employee's work time, utilization, and overtime..Responding to employee's complaints and workplace problems..Designing and organizing employees programs.. Providing the Project Manager with the Human Resource requirements.. Documenting all the human resources processes.. Preparing budget reports on a monthly basis.. Reporting and presenting the reports to the upper management.

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:. Graduation/PG. 15 years+ of related experience
