Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, overseeing account operations, managing client communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing client needs, tracking account performance, and working cross-functionally with other teams to optimize client services and achieve company goals. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, handling escalations, and ensuring prompt and effective resolutions for all client concerns. Qualifications Client Relationship Management, Customer Communication, and Account Servicing expertise Skills in Reporting, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning for Account Management Proficiency in Negotiation, Problem-Solving, and Collaboration Experience in Sales, Upselling Strategies, and Business Development Exceptional time management and organizational abilities Experience with CRM tools and software, along with familiarity with industry standards Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in account management or client services will be an advantage
