As a Business Consultant in the Property and Casualty - Personal and Commercial Insurance domain at EY, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple business transformation, upgrade, and modernization programs. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, define future state operational processes, and provide innovative solutions to ensure clients receive the necessary business value. Your expertise in Property & Casualty lines, including Property, Auto, and General Liability, will be crucial for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on various Business transformation, upgrade, and modernization programs. - Gather requirements, write BRDs, FSDs, and conduct JAD sessions and Workshops to capture requirements. - Define the most optimal future state operational process and related product configuration in collaboration with the client. - Provide innovative solutions and challenge new client requirements while ensuring the delivery of required business value. - Elaborate and deliver clearly defined requirement documents with relevant dataflow and process flow diagrams. - Collaborate with the product design development team to analyze and extract functional enhancements. - Provide product consultancy and assist the client with acceptance criteria gathering and support throughout the project life cycle. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication. - End to end processes experience in P&C insurance domain. - Willingness to work in flexible shifts with a good overlap with US/UK hours. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Industry certifications such as AINS 21, AINS 22, AINS 23, and AINS 24 will be an added advantage. - Additional experience in Life or other insurance domains will be beneficial.
