Job Description

We are looking for a Risk Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making across key business functions, including Collections, Credit, Business, and Risk Management . The role involves analyzing portfolio trends, developing predictive models, and generating insights on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support senior management. The ideal candidate will identify portfolio trends at different levels (branch, state, sub-product) and take preemptive actions to improve policies. They will also create scorecards and segmentation models to enhance portfolio quality and business efficiency. Key Requirements: Industry Experience: NBFC/HFC sector Position: Risk Analytics Experience: 5+ years Location: Jui Nagar, Navi Mumbai Salary: Competitive and as per industry standards Technical Skills: Extensive experience in risk analytics , covering Collections, Credit, Business, and Risk Management Proficiency in Python, Advanced Excel, and Alteryx (preferred) Strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making Ability to analyze and monitor portfolio trends at multiple levels and suggest proactive strategies Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
