Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Malappuram for a Service Engineering Specialist. The Service Engineering Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, conducting field service visits, and delivering exceptional service engineering. The specialist will also be involved in analytical tasks to enhance service performance and reliability. We’re looking for a highly skilled Data Recovery Specialist with proven experience in recovering lost, damaged, or inaccessible data from a wide range of storage media — including HDDs, SSDs, flash drives, mobile devices, RAID systems, and more. The ideal candidate will also have a solid foundation in forensic-level recovery techniques, including data extraction from damaged or encrypted drives, chip-off recovery, and evidence preservation for legal or investigative use. Qualifications Expertise in Service Engineering and Field Service Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and improvement Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Exceptional communication and customer service abilities Experience in the business supplies and equipment industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related area
