Position: Team Leader BDE (Hyperlocal – Nayakas) Job Responsibilities: Hire delivery riders for grocery/store hyperlocal business. Source riders through multiple channels: databases, Apna Jobs, OLX Jobs, and field recruitment. Manage recruitment for one assigned store (location will vary across the city). Ensure client shipments are delivered through newly hired riders. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve rider activation or operational escalations. Manage rider attendance and payout processing. Preferred Competencies: Experience in delivery rider hiring . Background in field sales or marketing . Strong communication in a regional language (preferably Hindi). Minimum Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: 12th pass or higher, with relevant work experience. Age: 19–35 years. Must own: Android phone + bike/scooter.
