Job Title: Restaurant & Cottage Manager – Ri-Sai Highway Restaurant, Nongpoh Location: Nongpoh, Ri Bhoi, Meghalaya Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Restaurant / Hospitality Management About Us Ri-Sai is a newly opened highway restaurant located in the scenic region of Nongpoh, Ri Bhoi, Meghalaya. Our property features a full-service restaurant and 5–6 cozy cottages for travelers. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant & Cottage Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities - Restaurant Operations Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff management, cleanliness, and service standards. Ensure high-quality food, hygiene, and safety compliance. Manage inventory, stock control, vendor coordination, and procurement. Handle customer service issues, feedback, and maintain guest satisfaction. Implement SOPs, cost-control measures, and operational efficiency. Cottage / Accommodation Management Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest services for cottages. Ensure cottage cleanliness, housekeeping supervision, and maintenance coordination. Maintain guest records, billing accuracy, and smooth overall lodging operations. People Management Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff across restaurant and cottage operations. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure staff discipline and grooming standards. Financial & Administrative Duties Assist in budgeting, daily sales reports, and financial tracking. Monitor expenses, reduce wastage, and support revenue growth initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel/hospitality management. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage a team and multitask across food service and lodging functions. Proficiency in basic computer operations and POS systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
