The Opportunity: Invitation for Empanelment of Resource Person Rajeevika is inviting applications from dynamic and experienced professionals to be empanelled as Resource Persons (SRPs). We are creating a dedicated "brigade" of resource persons to enhance our capacity-building efforts. As an SRP, you will play a crucial role in the training and development of our project staff, community staff and cadres, and Community-Based Organization (CBOs) across various thematic areas. This is a high-impact opportunity to help strengthen grassroots institutions and empower rural communities toward self-reliance. We are seeking experts across the following verticals: · Livestock · Agriculture · Gender · FNHW (Food, Nutrition, Health & Wellness) · Social Inclusion (PwDs, Elderly) · Graphic Designing · Photography and Videography · Soft Skills and Digital Marketing · Content Writing (English and Hindi) · IB & Capacity Building · IT & MIS · Accounting & Auditing · Non-Farm Livelihoods · Catering Services · Entrepreneurship Capacity Building · Sales, Marketing, and Packaging · Logistics and Supply Chain Management · Financial Inclusion · Digital Finance · Solar · Others (Legal, etc.) Note: Applicants with proven experience in multiple (2-3) verticals may be considered for empanelment in those respective domains. Key Responsibilities Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA); develop comprehensive training modules, curriculum, and behaviour change communication (BCC) materials. Assist mission management units (SPMU/DPMU/BPMU) in preparing annual and monthly capacity-building plans and training calendars. Plan and deliver Training of Trainers (ToT) programs. Impart direct training to staff, stakeholders, and community institutions (SHGs, VOs, CLFs). Provide ongoing technical assistance and handholding support in your specific thematic area. Undertake task-based assignments as required, including documentation, report writing, and monitoring of project activities. Submit detailed training and activity reports in the prescribed format. Required Qualifications & Experience Education: A Master's degree, PG Diploma, or a Graduation in a relevant field. This includes (but is not limited to): Social Work (MSW), Rural Development (PGDRM), Sociology, Agriculture, Livelihoods, Finance, Marketing, Health Management, M.Tech, Computer Science, or other fields related to the development sector. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the concerned vertical for which you are applying. (Candidates with 8+ or 10+ years of experience will be categorized accordingly for empanelment) Age: Minimum 25 years. Languages: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Hindi and English.
