Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote pest control services. Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about services, pricing, and procedures. Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending payments. Schedule inspections and service visits with field technicians. Maintain customer data and conversation history in CRM. Achieve weekly and monthly calling/lead targets. Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; additional local languages are a bonus. Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales preferred. Familiarity with pest control services is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a pleasant tone (even when the caller is clearly having a bad day). Basic computer knowledge: CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email. Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined. Key Traits Polite, confident, and persuasive. Quick learner with good listening skills. Able to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently.
