Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager, you will drive targeted marketing initiatives across SMB and Enterprise healthcare segments. Your role will involve executing end-to-end ABM strategies, expanding sales channels, managing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, managing lead funnels, devising customer expansion strategies, conducting market research, owning P&L, and demonstrating cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Execute tailored Account-Based Marketing strategies for SMB and Enterprise healthcare clients across various verticals. - Identify and develop new sales channels for enhancing lead generation through outbound, inbound, and partnership initiatives. - Plan and manage full-funnel campaigns utilizing email, social, paid, and event-based channels with personalization and multi-step sequencing. - Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and align marketing KPIs with business goals. - Implement and refine lead scoring models, nurture MQLs to SQLs, and collaborate with SDRs and Account Executives for a healthy sales pipeline. - Identify opportunities within existing accounts for cross-sell and upsell motions to support customer retention and revenue growth. - Conduct market and competitive analysis to guide go-to-market strategy and positioning. - Take ownership of P&L for a specific vertical, product, or region to ensure marketing initiatives contribute to sustainable business growth. - Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and executive teams to translate marketing strategy into measurable revenue impact. Qualifications Required: - Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing. - Strong command of full-funnel ABM execution, lead generation, and data-driven growth in SaaS environments. - Experience in managing sales channels, campaigns, lead funnels, and customer expansion strategies. - Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis to guide GTM strategy and segmentation. - Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills and collaboration with various teams for revenue impact.,
