Greetings from Precessional Group!!(An Australian based MNC) Our client is an Australian company, a leader in their industry, seeking an experienced and highly skilled hydraulic and wet fire services Revit 3D Modeller to join their team remotely from India. The ideal candidate will also have a basic understanding of Bluebeam PDF editing software. *Fixed 5-day working week, Monday to Friday, with a day shift* Must Have Skills: Highly proficient in the preparation of 3D REVIT models up to LOD400. However, the majority of 3D modelling will only need to satisfy LOD300 standards. Proficient with: Navisworks AutoCAD 2D Bluebeam BIMx Autodesk Viewer Desirable Skills: Possess an understanding of or be able to learn and understand quickly: Fluid dynamics including: Hydraulic grade lines Weir flow Orifice flow Australian Standards: National Construction Code (NCC2022) AS3500 series Sanitary, Hot and cold water and Stormwater drainage AS2419.1 Fire Hydrants AS2118.1 Fire Sprinklers AS5601- Gas Scope of Service: Wet Fire Services (Hydrant, Hose Reels, Fire Sprinklers) Sanitary Drainage and Plumbing Systems Stormwater Drainage (Building element drainage only, Not Civil Stormwater) Rainwater Harvesting Systems Potable Hot and Cold-Water Systems Non-potable water supply systems LPG and Natural Gas Systems Qualifications & Skills: Degree in engineering or a related field. 8-12 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Revit. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to read plans. Ability to travel to Australia.
