We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Revenue Growth Manager - Freight Forwarding to accelerate sales, pricing optimization, and revenue expansion. This role is 100% sales-focused, requiring a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver quick, competitive pricing to customers while securing high-value contracts. Job Summary As the Revenue Growth Manager - Freight Forwarding, you will be responsible for boosting sales revenue, expanding the customer base, and driving profitability through expert pricing strategies and rapid customer engagement. You will focus entirely on selling freight forwarding services, while working closely with the operations team for smooth execution. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding. Drive revenue growth by acquiring high-value clients across import/export businesses. Develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize margins while staying competitive. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets through aggressive sales efforts. Work with key industry stakeholders, importers, exporters, and manufacturers, to position S&J Travel and Cargo Services as their preferred freight partner. Costing & Pricing Strategy Provide quick, accurate, and competitive freight pricing for customer inquiries. Develop cost-efficient rate structures for different trade lanes and shipping solutions. Negotiate freight rates and contracts with shipping lines, transport providers, and carriers. Stay updated on market trends, fuel costs, and trade regulations to adjust pricing dynamically. Customer Engagement & Fast Response Maintain a fast and proactive approach to customer queries and freight quotations. Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address customer concerns related to pricing, shipments, and customs clearance. Provide real-time shipment tracking updates in coordination with the operations team. Market Expansion & Business Strategy Identify emerging trade lanes and industries for freight expansion. Develop strategies to increase market share in key regions. Stay informed on competitor pricing, services, and market positioning. Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track customer interactions, deal pipeline, and revenue performance. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales, business development, or pricing. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and securing high-value contracts. Strong knowledge of costing, pricing strategies, and rate negotiation in freight forwarding. Experience in CRM software, freight management systems, and pricing automation tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and fast decision-making skills.
