Test Analyst understands the requirements, create test plan, design test scenarios test cases, executes test cases and track defects. They work closely with squad members to ensure outcomes meet customer expectations. Role Type: Permanent Role Location: Bengaluru, India What will your day look like Develop test plans and strategies for the initiatives or BAU releases Maintain and update the test suite, documentation, and processes in alignment ANZ test standards Collaborate with all team members / stakeholders and network with wider banking and POS industries (e.g. vendor partners, other banks) Assist with the development of test deliverables to support all test phases where required Proactively identify technical, architectural, and process risks and issues throughout the testing process Work across the business to understand scenarios to produce plain English tests Adopt to the agile methodology and squad structure and be part of PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand ups and retrospective meetings What will you bring To be successful, were looking for individuals from all disciplines who bring a diverse range of thought, skillset and a growth mindset. The key skills we are looking for are: Thorough knowledge of functional and non-functional testing practices Experience with a variety of tools, such as Jira, Confluence and Xray Experience with key development methodologies, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-managing and a self-starter Good with structure query language and basic unix commands Good knowledge of ETL concepts Concepts of Cloud and Artificial Intelligence
