SRE Engineer ensures that software applications run smoothly. SRE Engineer manage, monitor, and troubleshoot application systems, ensuring optimal performance and stability. Role Type: Permanent Role Location: Bengaluru, India What will your day look like Provide ongoing support for the platform as required e.g. problem / incident management Responsible for Production management of Risk Tech applications and Batch Cycles Ensuring daily Critical SLAs are met by following ANZ best practices Provide on-call Production Support on rotational basis Verify and validate what is in production (especially after changes) Assess, document and manage policies, frameworks, authorization, integration and standards. Trouble-shooting and problem solving Undertake break fix, incident, problem and change.
