As an Analyst, you will work with Technology and Business/Project stakeholders to analyse and synthesise information, understand the organisational context and complete analysis activities, and ultimately elicit, document and manage the requirements throughout the project or programme end to end. Role Type: Permanent Role Location: Bengaluru, India What will your day look like Establishing and managing the business analysis approach and work estimates and provide input for the development of the project plan/schedule. Adopt and adapt Analyst methods and techniques, ensuring effective requirement elicitation is employed, documented and maintained. Develop requirements that are fit-for purpose and accurate. Produce application artefacts including current target state and working with project stakeholders to define improvements in target state. Produce high quality artefacts which are clearly defined and accurately documented and meet customer needs and other project stakeholders and consumers of the requirements such as the Technology and business teams. Validate requirements with the business and project stakeholders and making recommendations as required to meet those requirements. Quality assure and peer review other team members analysis artefacts and deliverables. Building collaborative relationships with colleagues and business partners to enable objectives to be achieved. Identify and raise risks and issues, adhere to change control processes and requirements traceability and management throughout the life of the project or programme.
