Description of the Role Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing, and content teams to write on-brand copy for our collegiate and corporate clientele Analyze sales data, comms, and customer behavior to come up with retention marketing strategies and execution plans Execute on cross-functional retention marketing work along with sales, and other marketing team members to ensure successful account retention per campaign Analyze the impact of retention campaigns and initiatives and apply findings to future campaigns The Unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value to Requirements 1-2 years of work experience (client-facing and analytical roles preferred) Fluency in English Comfortable collaborating with the broader team Comfortable working in an Agile marketing structure Excellent communication skills Strong time management & prioritization skills Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects Personal Attributes Proactive. To help coordinate across time zones of different teams, we ask that you be available for any meetings from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
