Retail Trainer

Job Description

Retail trainers create and implement training programs for retail employees to teach them effective selling and customer service techniques and explain how to follow all company Protocols. Retail trainers travel to various retail store branches to provide training services. Trainer will work closely with the Sales team and store managers to train the sales team members. Retail Trainer responsibilities include:  Design and execute orientation programs for sales teams.  Candidates should be Bold, outspoken, good communicator and possess a good personality.  Act as a consultant to salespeople for challenges they have on the job.  Assign mentors and coaches to new sales team members.  Observe how salespeople and cashiers interact with clients to identify areas of improvement.  Determine training needs both for individuals and teams.  Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases (e.g., how to overcome objections)  Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services.  Apply various sales training techniques (e.g., gratification, case studies and group activities)  Maintain updated records (KPI) of training curriculum and material.  Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.  Mystery audit training to Team.  Making weekly and monthly reports (Staff report, Monthly mailer etc.) Freshers can also apply. Candidates must be between 21 years to 30 years. Candidates from the Fashion Industry will be preferable.
