Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also develop sales strategies, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales efforts. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and conduct market analysis Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience in working with marketing teams to drive sales Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance metrics Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Prior experience in the printing or corporate gifting industry is a plus
