Roles and Responsibilities Onboarding of new joiners and allocation to respective department. Maintain accurate records of all HR activities using Time Office Administration systems. PF and ESI enrollment and maintenance of data. Implement measures to control attrition rates through counseling sessions with underperforming employees. Oversee attendance management, including tracking employee hours worked, leave requests, and absences. Handle grievances of employees in a fair and timely manner, ensuring resolution within the prescribed timeframe. Ensure effective manpower management by planning, coordinating, and implementing HR strategies to achieve business objectives. Candidates willing to join immediately will be preferred.
