Designation - Retail / Senior Sales Associate Position Summary The Senior Store Associate is responsible for managing store operations in the absence of the assistant or store manager. Key duties include driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining store security. They serve as a brand representative, promote customer loyalty, and help customers with product selection. The role also involves meeting sales goals, delivering effective sales presentations, and supporting store objectives. The Senior Store Associate may take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
