Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Professional located in our Rohini store. The Retail Sales Professional will interact with customers to understand their interior design and home furnishing needs, provide personalized consultations, and offer tailored solutions. The role also involves managing end-to-end customer experience, driving sales, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide efficient consultations
• Sales competencies, including meeting sales targets, presenting product offerings, and driving retail success
• Knowledge of home interiors, design trends, and furnishings for providing expert recommendations
• Collaborative skills to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and multitasking
• Prior experience in retail sales or design-related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
