Job Title: On-Field Retail Salesperson – TMT Bars Location : North lakhimpur, Assam Employment Type : Full-time Industry : Steel / TMT Bars Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven On-Field Retail Salesperson to promote and sell TMT bars (Rungta Steel TMT Bar) to retailers, fabricators, contractors, builders, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, good negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Market Expansion & Lead Generation Identify and approach retailers, hardware stores, and local fabricators to expand the customer base. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitor activities. ✅ Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly sales targets for TMT bars. Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of our TMT bars to customers. Follow up with clients, negotiate prices, and close deals. ✅ Customer Relationship Management Address customer queries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction. Regularly visit existing customers to strengthen relationships and understand their needs. Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings. ✅ Reporting & Coordination Provide daily sales reports and market insights to the sales manager. Stay updated on industry trends and pricing strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Education : 10+2 / Graduate Experience : 1 years in steel/TMT bar sales, building materials.
