Retail Sales Store Manager

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
• Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure high conversion rates and maximize upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

2. Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure all staff follow customer service standards and deliver a superior shopping experience.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

3. Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and supervise store sales staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
• Set daily sales goals and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Create staff duty rosters ensuring adequate shift coverage.

4. Store Operations Management

• Ensure store opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain for stock requirements.

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, fashion, handicrafts, supermarket, or specialty retail is an added advantage
