Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Officer (RSO) with 1-4 years of experience in the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, product knowledge, and a passion for luxury retail. They will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of different jewelry types, including gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other luxury pieces. Achieve and exceed sales targets by engaging customers and closing sales effectively. Maintain relationships with existing clients and build a strong customer base through networking and follow-ups. Assist in visual merchandising, inventory management, and store upkeep. Requirements: Experience: 1-4 years in jewelry sales or luxury retail. Education: Graduation is a must; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
