If you thrive in data-backed merchandising and have experience scaling brand visibility in retail chains β€” we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: πŸ”Ή Drive sales targets across modern trade accounts like Apollo, Lulu, Reliance, Shoppers Stop, etc. πŸ”Ή Align OTB, markdowns, and promotions for seasonal & core products. πŸ”Ή Lead assortment planning, inventory lifecycle management, and store-level execution. πŸ”Ή Execute flawless visual merchandising across retail formats (gondolas, shelves, end caps). πŸ”Ή Manage key partner accounts β€” secure shelf space, negotiate terms, lead QBRs. πŸ”Ή Oversee demand forecasting, replenishment, and data-driven inventory decisions using Excel, SAP BI/HANA, SQL, Power BI. πŸ”Ή Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams. What You Bring: βœ… 5–10 years of experience in retail sales & merchandising across modern trade or organized retail βœ… Expertise in assortment planning, product lifecycle management, and sell-through analysis βœ… Strong command of visual merchandising standards & partner negotiations βœ… Advanced Excel, data tools (Power BI/SAP BI), and demand forecasting exposure βœ… Excellent coordination, reporting, and leadership capabilities Why Join?
