Job Summary:The Specialist Retail– Sales and Operations at Firefly Diamonds will be responsible for driving daily sales performance, ensuring seamless operations across multiple stores, maintaining inventory discipline, enhancing customer experience, and developing team capabilities. This role plays a vital link between strategic objectives and ground-level execution across all Firefly retail outlets. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Performance ManagementTrack and analyze daily sales reports; ensure each store achieves assigned sales targets.Motivate and energize store teams to maximize conversion and increase average transaction value.Share actionable sales insights and improvement strategies with management.Operations & Audit OversightPlan and execute periodic sales and inventory audits for accuracy and compliance.Conduct regular service audits to ensure exceptional customer experience.Monitor SOP compliance and implement best operational practices at the store level.Team Management & TrainingOversee and optimize staff rosters to ensure effective coverage across stores.Conduct soft skills and sales skills enhancement training for store teams.Mentor and guide store staff to foster high-performing teams and reduce attrition.Inventory & Stock ManagementConsolidate stock reports from multiple stores and recommend effective redistribution strategies.Coordinate with central warehouse and procurement for replenishments and stock transfers.Competition & Market IntelligenceAnalyze competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and product trends.Provide periodic insight reports and suggest strategy tweaks to maintain market edge.Visual Merchandising & ComplianceMonitor VM execution across stores to maintain Firefly’s brand aesthetics and standards.Regularly review planograms, window displays, and overall in-store presentation. Desired Skills & Qualifications:Proven track record in retail operations and team leadership.Strong Reporting and analytical skills.Effective communicator and motivator.Ability to multitask and manage multiple retail units.Proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and retail analytics tools.
