The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and committed to delivering high-quality treatments tailored to each client's skin needs. As a Skin Therapist, you will perform a variety of facial and body treatments to improve the appearance and health of the skin, provide skincare advice, and promote a range of skincare products. Key Responsibilities: Perform skin analysis and consultations to determine appropriate treatments. Deliver professional skincare services including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, extractions, LED therapy, and other non-invasive treatments. Recommend and sell skincare products and home care regimens. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment room and common areas. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, technologies, and products. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Keep accurate client records including treatment details and product usage. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards and protocols. Attend training sessions, workshops, or certifications as required. Requirements: Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Skin Therapist. Proven experience in skin therapy or a spa/clinic environment. In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional treatments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in advanced facial treatments (e.g., micro needling, chemical peels, laser therapy). Sales experience in skincare or wellness products. Experience with professional skincare brands. Working Conditions: Standing for extended periods during treatments. Working with various skincare tools, products, and machines.
