Bachelor's Position: Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities: Assisting customers through the buying cycle Supporting retail operations, including cash handling, store operations, inventory management, reporting, and merchandising Opening and closing the store responsibly Driving store-level sales Supporting the manager and team Managing store assets and equipment Maintaining in-store visual merchandising Providing feedback and on-ground insights Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in retail sales Prior experience with an international fashion or footwear brand Customer service orientation Proficiency in relevant computer applications Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Team player with good listening skills Ability to resolve customer concerns diplomatically Honest, mature, and well-organized Willingness to work hard, take on a diverse mix of tasks, and maintain a positive, "can-do" attitude Bachelors degree in any field Job Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai/Delhi Reporting Manager: Store Manager About Us: Burgundy Brand Collective is one of India's fastest-growing specialty retail companies, with stores in 9 cities.
