Retail Sales Assistant

As a Retail Sales Executive at SurtiMix Taste of Tradition, your role involves promoting and selling our ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products by visiting bakeries, retail shops, and food outlets in Surat and nearby areas. Your responsibilities will include: - Visiting bakeries, shops, and potential customers daily to introduce SurtiMix products. - Conducting product sampling and building strong customer relationships. - Expanding market coverage by identifying new outlets and distributors. - Reporting daily activities, leads, and sales progress to the Sales Manager. - Ensuring visibility of products through display placement and branding materials. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred). - Good communication and convincing skills. - Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. - Experience in FMCG/retail/field sales will be an added advantage. - Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to travel locally. In addition to a fixed salary and attractive incentives based on performance, you will receive travel allowance as per company policy. There are also training and growth opportunities in the FMCG sector. The work schedule is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, and the job type is full-time.
