Retail Sales Assistant

As a Team Member at our growing cake brand, your role is crucial in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations. You will be the friendly face of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude - Assist customers with orders and product inquiries - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the store and premises, including regular cleaning duties - Participate in daily LSM (Local Store Marketing) activities to promote the brand - Restock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with store displays - Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately - Follow all food safety and hygiene standards - Support the team in any additional tasks as required Shift & Availability Requirements: - Must be flexible with shifts: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Weekend availability is required - Must be available on holidays Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of food safety standards In addition to the exciting role you will play as a Team Member, we offer the following benefits: - Flexible schedule - Provident Fund If you are looking for a full-time, permanent position with a dynamic cake brand, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.
