Job Description

Market Analysis of apparel retail for trends and develop merchandise plans for all categories based on insights gained from the analytics Maintain competitiveness while developing retail strategy Merchandise Planning: Develop and execute merchandise strategies based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales analysis. Coordinate with the buying team for execution (Sourcing, Order Quantity, Storewise allocation, replenishment) Inventory Checks Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and generate reports to evaluate the performance of merchandise categories and make data-driven decisions. Mark Down on slow moving or obsolete stocks and ensure stock clearance Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock deliveries as per approved capacity plans Coordinate with the retail stores
