Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and organized Retail Operations Manager with a jewelry industry background to oversee day-to-day store operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee inventory processes, including stock monitoring, audits, and replenishments, to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline retail operations. Create and manage staff schedules, mentor team members, and ensure optimal coverage during store hours. Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for store operations, resolving pending issues and coordinating with internal teams. Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building lasting relationships. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is a plus.
