Role & responsibilities KEY RESPONSBILITIES : Strategic responsibility Ideate Retail Marketing strategies across Dealer / Distributor Channel, across Geographies and across events / exhibitions to generate an effective Return on Investment (ROI) on Marketing spends. Design Marketing Plan + Marketing Budget across the Marketing Medium / Channels ( 1 year and 3 year rolling plan) and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI. Lead market research initiatives to evaluate product acceptance, product demand, product pricing, and product positioning Lafit Stores Conduct a Market Research and geographic analysis for setting up new Lafit exclusive stores. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful completion. Ensure brand guidelines compliance for new store setup Explore alternate efficient Marketing Channel and ensure Signage / Display / Branding of Lafit at Retail Outlets / Direct Dealers / Retail Branding Conduct ongoing research and analysis to identify retail branding advancements / modifications in the existing market. Oversee timely delivery and proper placement of relevant collaterals in retail outlets to maintain a consistent brand presence. Identify the variances to the Brand Guideline compliance and ensure Preventive Action and Corrective Action. Events & Shows Conceptualize events such as dealer meets, electrician meets, and other engagement activities. Identify new opportunities for attending / hosting events / exhibitions based on market demands and trends. Sales Design Sales Scheme and Loyalty Programs for Channel Partner and Electricians Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on target customers and provide marketing support for sales initiatives Collaborate with the sales team to design distributor policies, seasonal schemes, and promotional offers. Partner Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors by providing regular updates on product launches, offers, and marketing collaterals. Gather feedback from partners to refine strategies and improve market impact. Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Project Management or Event Coordination, preferably in the Fast Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) sector SKILLS Creative and Lateral Thinking Finesse for Innovation and Evolution Strong Interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and external vendors Analytical Thinking Attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines
