Qualifications Completed Master’s degree Minimum 5 years of experience in same field Key Responsibilities 1. Kiosk Operations: Oversee the daily operations of Kiosk/Shelf (SIS), ensuring they are fully stocked, clean, and well-maintained. 2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates/beauty advisor to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. 3. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze kiosk sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and achieve the target. 4. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, resolving any complaints or issues promptly and professionally. 5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering stock and supplies as needed to maintain optimal levels. 6. Visual Merchandising: Ensure kiosks are visually appealing, maintaining a consistent brand image and promoting products effectively. 7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement. 8.
