Retail Leasing & Transactions Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing retail leasing and operations for West AM Village, a unique 3,65,000 sq. ft. experiential retail destination in Ahmedabad's new neighborhood, The District. Your role will involve overseeing leasing activities, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth retail space operations within this landmark development. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare tenant mix and zoning strategies aligned with the developer's vision, focusing on a balanced mix of premium brands, F&B outlets, entertainment, and other offerings. - Curate the brand mix based on market trends and developer aspirations to create an attractive retail environment. - Identify potential tenants, manage the leasing cycle from outreach to negotiations, and market retail spaces effectively to attract the right brands. - Negotiate commercial terms such as rent, revenue sharing, lease duration, and renewal options to establish mutually beneficial agreements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with retail groups, brands, IPCs, and other stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for major partners. - Collaborate with the property management team to ensure well-maintained leased spaces and address tenant concerns promptly. - Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, assess retail space demand, set rental rates, and adjust leasing strategies based on data-driven insights. - Drive the financial performance of retail spaces by meeting revenue and occupancy targets, controlling operational costs, and ensuring profitability. - Work with the marketing team to promote retail spaces through campaigns, events, property tours, and online platforms to enhance the visibility of West AM Village.
