The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance/ payments industry, with proven experience in managing business operations and partnerships. This role will involve extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams and external insurance partners to establish and scale the vertical while achieving defined business targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end setup and operationalization of the retail insurance and payments vertical. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, legal, and finance to ensure smooth vertical integration. Establish and nurture relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Drive business development initiatives to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets. Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Implement processes, frameworks, and best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance. Prepare and present progress to senior management regularly. Manage a team and coordinate with internal and external resources to achieve business objectives. Qualifications & Skills: Post Graduation in (Marketing/ Sales/ Finance). 4-8 years of relevant experience in the BFSI sector, preferably with retail insurance/ payments products. Strong understanding of BFSI products and regulatory environment. Proven track record of managing business verticals or P&L responsibility. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
