Retail Customer Support Executive

*Retail Customer Support Executive* required in a *healthcare brand* located at *Mangaluru (near Falnir)*, Karnataka

*Fresher with good communication skill can apply*

JD:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• *Provide detailed information about products, including specifications, pricing, and benefits*
• Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing
• *Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability*
• Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts
• *Executing in-store events, promotional materials and communicate promotional offers* to customers
• *Collect and manage customer feedback* to improve service quality

Salary up to *Rs 18,000 per month* (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
