Job_Description":" Responsibilities : Conduct regular stock audits for each retail storeto ensure accurate inventory levels . Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timelydelivery and replenishment of stock to retail locations. Implement and maintain inventory management systemsto track stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Monitor and report on stock shrinkage, damages, andlosses, and implement strategies to minimize losses. Communicate stock availability, promotions, and productinformation to sales teams and retail staff. Serve as the central point of contact between salesteams, retail stores, and head office. Key Task: Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcilediscrepancies between actual stock levels and system records. Coordinate with warehouse staff to scheduledeliveries and ensure adequate stock levels at retail stores. Maintain accurate records of stock movements,transfers, and adjustments. Monitor stock levels of fast-selling items andinitiate reordering processes to prevent stock outs. Investigate stock discrepancies and implementcorrective actions to improve accuracy. Prepare regular reports on stock levels, salesperformance, and inventory turnover Requirements Key Skills: Working knowledge of contentmanagement systems.
