Job Description: Guest Service Associate/Cashier Executive Position: Guest Service Associate/Cashier Executive Location: Kramonde Home Decor & Gifts, Goa (Panjim and Margao locations) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:The Guest Service Associate/Cashier Executive will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless checkout experience for our clients. This role involves managing cash transactions, handling customer inquiries, assisting with product selections, and maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance. Answer customer queries about products, promotions, and store policies. Assist customers in selecting home decor items, offering expert advice as needed. Cash Handling: Operate the cash register and process payments accurately. Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions securely. Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports. Store Maintenance: Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Assist in maintaining the overall store appearance, including product displays and inventory arrangements. Report any discrepancies or issues to the store manager. Sales Support: Promote ongoing promotions and suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience. Upsell products and provide information on additional services available at Kramonde. Support the sales team during peak hours or events. Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Build strong relationships with regular customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry. Proficient in handling cash registers, POS systems, and basic computer skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
