Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Retail Operations Management: o Lead and manage retail operations across all stores, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards. o Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement. o Coordinate with regional managers to ensure seamless day-to-day store operations and achievement of KPIs. Team Leadership: o Manage and mentor regional managers, supervisors, and brand ambassadors. o Hire, train, and develop regional managers, supervisors, and brand ambassadors to ensure high performanc and alignment with company values. o Ensure proper training and development programs for brand ambassadors to maintain high standards of product knowledge and customer service. o Drive team performance through regular reviews, feedback, and performance management. Sales & Profitability: o Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, optimizing sales performance at counters and in-store. o Track sales data, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities for growth. o Work with marketing and merchandising teams to develop promotional campaigns that drive store traffic and sales. Stock Control & Management: o Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained at all retail locations. o Implement daily stock-take procedures, ensuring that the retail teams perform daily stock counts accurately and report variances. o Maintain an up-to-date record of stock movement across stores and counters, analyzing discrepancies and taking corrective actions. o Ensure timely replenishment of products to avoid stockouts and excess inventory. o Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely stock distribution to various locations. Accounts Reconciliation & Receivables Management: o Manage accounts reconciliation for retail operations, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date. o Monitor and ensure timely collection of money receivables from stores and retail partners. o Work closely with the finance team to reconcile discrepancies between sales records and actual cash flow. o Prepare regular reports on outstanding receivables and follow up with teams to ensure timely payments. Brand Representation: o Ensure all stores and brand counters maintain Soulflowers brand image and adhere to visual merchandising standards. o Collaborate with the brand team to roll out marketing campaigns and promotions aligned with the brands core values and mission. Customer Experience: o Develop strategies to improve customer experience and increase customer retention at retail outlets. o Monitor customer feedback and complaints, working with teams to improve service and resolve issues. Compliance & Reporting: o Ensure compliance with all retail regulations and company policies. o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, stock status, accounts receivable, and operational efficiency. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve store performance, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
