Retail Artistry Coach

You will be responsible for conducting technical education at salons, educating staff about brand's professional products theory, techniques, applications, and unique selling points. Additionally, you will educate and inspire staff on current trends by running workshops for various seasons. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate retail and professional calendar classes at the Education Center, covering topics such as new staff training, Ritual & Selling Skills, FSD, Gray Coverage, Puretone Solution, Trend Color, and more. - Conduct in-salon training to improve retail and professional product sales, educate new staff and stylists, and solve individual problems for each salon. - Create and update salon educational material, including documentation for new products, retail and professional products, and training documents for internal sales staff. - Assist the team and other departments in various activities such as advanced care training, technical education for promotional events, and supporting the PR and salon marketing teams. Qualification Required: - College degree and/or cosmetology license - Minimum 3 years of experience as a beauty/salon technical educator - Experience in a Multi-National Company is preferred - Strong verbal and written English communication skills,
