Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 15 years of experience to join our team as Restaurant Operations in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restaurant operations and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and profitability.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and service.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize menu offerings and pricing.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing restaurant operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and customers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues.
Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
