Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 15 years of experience to join our team as Restaurant Operations in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management and training.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Manage inventory, supplies, and budgets for optimal profitability.
Foster positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market research to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing restaurants or similar establishments.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, labor laws, and health and safety standards.
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
