Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Restaurant Manager role located in Pune. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring customer satisfaction, overseeing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The role also involves hiring, training, and leading the team to create a positive dining experience for all guests.

• Strong expertise in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proven skills in team management, including Hiring and leadership capabilities
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with staff and guests
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage services and operational management
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field is a plus
