Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, and bar.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest queries/complaints.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering, and vendor coordination.
  • Implement SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Achieve sales targets and improve overall outlet performance.
  • Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reports.
  • Supervise events, live performances, and peak-hour operations.
  • Maintain the brand experience and ensure ambience, music, and service quality meet standards.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in restaurant/lounge/bar management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in lounges, clubs, café bars, or premium dining outlets.
  • Ability to manage large teams and high footfall.
