Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Nando’s Mumbai location. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing restaurant staff, coordinating hiring and training, maintaining food and beverage standards, and driving the overall performance of the establishment. The role also involves maintaining a positive team environment and ensuring guest experiences align with Nando’s quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Proven skills in Hiring and managing teams to build a cohesive and motivated staff.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including maintaining quality standards and efficient workflows.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
